Job Description

Shasheela Motors is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Incharge to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Collaborate with management to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
Identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks that may impact the financial performance of the company.
Implement and maintain effective internal control processes to safeguard company assets.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns.
Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding financial transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
Lead and supervise the accounting team, providing guidance and support.
Oversee the implementation and utilization of financial software and systems.
Undertake special projects and ad hoc reporting as required by senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Account Incharge or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
