• To overview overall companies' financial activities and group of companies under it.
  
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and report to designated authority. Calculate and interpret financial ratios to assess the financial health and performance of the organization. 
• Ensure Income Tax, VAT and Excise compliance through accurate filing and adherence to relevant laws and regulations. 
• Compute taxes, prepare and file tax returns. 
• Manage tax authority interactions, including handling tax audits and assessments, ensuring compliance, and providing necessary documentation and support. 
• Prepare and draft bidding contract agreements for customers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and accurately reflecting the terms and conditions of the proposed business relationships. 
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to facilitate project financing, including preparing necessary documentation, negotiating terms, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the financing process.
