  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Job Description

Reports to:  Team Lead

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Deliver timely, accurate and professional technical assistance to all customers
  • Assist customer in identifying use cases for the adoption of Amazon Web Services as well as best practices implementations and cost optimization
  • Support consumers in understanding their AWS bills based on their business goals and budget
  • Help the Internal team with any issues related to the existing customer's account
  • Manage existing accounts concurrently and strategically
  • Help the Finance team with the invoicing process, prepare reports of debtors in the first
  • week of every month, take necessary measures to help and facilitate in the process of recovery
  • Keep track of startups and credit received customers. Manage AWS credit in the master
  • account and verify the consumed credit
  • Conduct meetings with the customers and internal engineering team if any customer is facing any issues regarding AWS services
  • Contact customers for feedback and maintain a professional relationship with the existing customers
  • Review customer feedback, investigate possible issues and work with different parties to resolve them
  • Documentation of Clients (Includes NDA, Onboarding, Opportunity, and Contract)
  • Attend company meetings as directed by the team lead
