Hotel Association Nepal (HAN) is the umbrella association of registered hotels of Nepal, established in the year 1966 AD. HAN, a non-profit association, has been devoting its initiatives and efforts in the development of hospitality industry in Nepal ever since. The association works for the development and facilitation of its member hotels, however, it stands firm and ever-ready to contribute to tourism industry in Nepal, in close collaboration with both private sector and government agencies.

HAN has been able to project itself as a leader in the tourism and hospitality industry in Nepal with its consistent advocacy and regular representation at national and international level. Today, HAN needs no introduction of its own in both home and abroad. We have continuously been pacing the path of excellence with the slogan: 'Home of Hospitality'.

Job Specification

Education Level	:	Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required	:	More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Minimum bachelor's degree with major in accounts/finance or above
Preference will be given to the experienced candidate with the background of CA
Knowledge & understanding of national accounting and auditing standards
Expert knowledge of statutory requirements (Tax, VAT, labour, contractual)
Strong knowledge of MS Excel
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP 9 software

Job Description

Ensuring effective internal control over financial management and reporting
Ensuring up to date books of accounts is maintained in the company's accounting software at all time
Formulation of Company budgets, regular monitoring and compliance
Management of Accounts receivables and Accounts payables
Periodic and on-demand financial reporting (external as well as internal)
Ensuring compliances with all statutory requirements in relation to finance and accounts
Ensure all statutory returns like NRB forex transactions report, VAT returns, TDS returns, Income Tax returns, returns as per Company Act are filed timely and accurately
Assist to conduct internal, external audits timely and effectively
Preparation of financial projections
