A Master's degree in Accounting/ Finance is preferred.
Experience of 3 years in corporate house.
Advanced knowledge in Tally Software, Saral Billing.
Advanced knowledge in MS Office package (especially Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel).
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Good negotiation skills with ability to maintain vendor relationship.
In-depth knowledge of statistical methods, data analysis and financial statements.
Ability to develop dynamic financial tools and keep abreast of industry trends.
Capable of working effectively under pressure maintaining healthy office environment.

Job Description

Recording Financial Transactions on a daily basis.
Maintain Petty cash account.
Preparing Financial Statements on a monthly basis.
Reconciling of Bank accounts on a daily basis.
Analyzing Financial Data.
Preparing Budgets and Forecasts.
Preparation VAT filing returns and making payments on a monthly basis.
Preparation of salary sheet and disbursement in timely.
Ensuring Compliance.
Providing Financial Advice to the management.
Vendors follow up on daily basis to control credit.
Payments to local vendor and overseas on timely.
Preparation of debtors and creditors report on weekly basis and report to the Management.
Prepared documents for overseas payment and visit banks for wire transfer.
Visit vendors for cheque collection if necessary.
Underpin financial data secrecy and conduct database backups on daily basis.
