  • At least Master's Degree or equivalent (Professional qualifications such as CA, CFA, LLB, etc. shall be an added advantage)
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience 
  • Prior experience as Medium Level of Investment Company/Public Limited Company/Public Private Partnership Projects/Investment Board/Infrastructure projects/Financial Sector, etc. is preferred.
  • Age shall not be below 21 and above 50.
  • Prior experience of closely working with Ministries and regulators is preferred. 
  • Knowledge of Government regulations related to Investment, Public Private Partnership, FDI, etc.

Job Description

  • Update cash book on daily basis. Prepare financial statements on conformity with Nepal Financial Reporting Statements in all material respects (e.g. Balance Sheet, income statement, cash flow Notes, etc.)
  • Prepare Periodic (quarterly, semi-annual and annual) Financial Reports, income statement and balance sheets of the company and its subsidiaries. 
  • Take appropriate measures to comply withholding requirement submission of VAT returns and relevant compliances as required in income Tax TDS, VAT and retirement contribution.
  • Assist the management in preparation of Annual Budget and strategic planning.
  • Ensure human resource files, staff leave record, attendance register, time sheet, reconciliations, fixed asset registers, purchasing files, agreement files, incoming/outgoing register etc. are maintained and updated properly.
  • Oversees and administers the day-to-day activities of the office; develops policies, procedures, and systems which ensure productive and efficient office operation.
  • Supervises the work of employees in supporting roles, including assigning workload and monitoring employee performance.
