Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Account Assistant. The ideal candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks, maintain financial records, prepare reports, and support the overall accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Record Keeping/ Book Keeping.
Maintain Journal Vouchers/ Petty Cash/Job cards/ Production Ledger.
Preparing Accounts and TDS records.
Preparation of Monthly report.
Summarize and prepare financial/Production status and transactions reports and other necessary reports.
Monitor and maintain a new audit system.
Manage the firm's accounts receivable General Income and expenses report

Note: Candidates residing within walking distance and those holding a valid driving license will be given preference.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounting or a related administrative role is a plus, but not mandatory.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
Basic understanding of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar) is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
