Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve any billing discrepancies.
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure all financial processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
Handle general administrative duties related to accounting, such as filing and organizing documents.
Conveyance to and from office to bank for banking documents related to import/export and other administrative works as instructed.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting or related field.

Experience :

At least 2 years of experience in an accounting.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Swastik ERP software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
Strong time-management and organizational skills

Note: Selected candidates must have two wheeler driving license.
