Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Account Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the accounts department and aiding in financial record keeping.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Monitor and process invoices and payment requests
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Prepare and submit tax forms and returns
  • Handle data entry and processing of financial transactions
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Communicate effectively with clients and vendors regarding invoicing and payment inquiries
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounts department
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
