Accountant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sales/purchase entries, maintaining accurate books of accounts, and ensuring proper filing of financial records. You will also be responsible for generating monthly closing reports and supporting the financial department with any required tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with local regulations.
• Manage VAT, TDS, and other applicable taxes.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Provide periodic financial reports to management for decision-making.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Manage bank accounts, perform reconciliations, and ensure proper cash flow.
• Monitor and control company expenses and handle petty cash.
