Job Description

As an Account Assistant, you will be an integral part of our financial team, responsible for supporting the efficient and accurate functioning of our accounting processes. This position is specifically open to female candidates, and we encourage applications from those currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining Books of Account:
Record day-to-day financial transactions with precision.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Reconcile accounts and promptly address any discrepancies.
Preparing Files and Folders:
Organize and maintain both physical and digital documentation.
Create and update files for easy accessibility and reference.
Checking and Replying to Emails:
Monitor and manage email correspondence related to accounts.
Respond promptly to inquiries and requests, maintaining clear communication.
