Job Description

Assist Account Head and Sales Manager on their various regular works
Communicate with client via phone and WhatsApp to recommend them suitable products as per their requirements
Informing customers about products, sales, promotions, scheme & policies
Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
Verifying model no. while packaging, dispatch the goods by courier/transport and track & inform the status of shipment to customer and senior staff
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Maintain optimal stock levels by assisting in stock checks and ordering stock
Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the finance team
Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts
