Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Day-to-day book keeping in TALLY and books and stock maintenance of the office tools & assets.
TDS, VAT & taxes computation and need to take needful actions as per taxation rules
Payroll, advances & payable actual reports preparation and bank & cash reconciliation etc.
Bank & cash reconciliations, etc.
Staff’s leaves, and their personal record need to maintain in the files

Note : Freshers who can use Tally are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Must have knowledge of VAT/TAX
Knowledge of accounting software (TALLY ERP9 MANADATORY)
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
Awareness of business trends, vouchering the transaction with supporting
Experience with creating financial statements, advance settlements, vendors, customers & staff filing maintain
Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
