Job Description

  • Post journal entries, verify invoices, payments, and transfers
  • Maintain general ledgers and draft financial statements and managerial accounting reports
  • Reconcile accounts with bank statements
  • Perform basic bookkeeping duties
  • Prepare various reports on performance and position of the company for internal and external purposes
  • Prepare VAT and TDS computation and ensure filing of returns and timely payment
  • Finalize books of accounts and assist in preparation of financial statement for external purposes
  • Assist the management in decision making by preparing various analysis reports
  • Assist external consultants in preparation of financial reports for internal and external purposes
  • Ensure compliance with tax and other legal requirement
  • Review and ensure up to date documentation of accounts, contracts, tax files, imports, etc.
  • Maintain good client and vendor relation
  • Ensure authorized movement of raw material, WIP goods & finished products and ensure the entries are posted properly for accurate stock records
  • Maintaining database of all the employees
  • Handle day to day petty cash expenses and maintain the cash book properly
  • Correspond with local and government authorities as required
  • Report directly to account and finance manager and coordinate with other HODs for the smooth operation of business

Proposed Salary:

  • Gross salary (20000 to 25000) inclusive of all benefits & exclusive of applicable taxes.
