Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Finance Manager to join our team and lead all aspects of our financial operations.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the financial health of our company by analyzing financial statements, overseeing accounting operations, and preparing financial forecasts.
The ideal candidate will combine excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to produce accurate and timely financial reports.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulations and enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure the availability of funds for ongoing operations and capital investments.
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to the executive management team based on financial metrics and KPIs.
Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and timely completion of audits.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial systems and processes to support business growth and scalability.
Develop and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to optimize financial resources and secure financing as needed.

Job Specification

Proven work experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Analyst, or similar role, with a minimum of 4 years in a managerial position.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CA, Semi-CA,ACCA,CPA, CFA, or similar certification is preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and financial software (e.g., ERP systems, QuickBooks).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
