Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Finance Manager to join our team and lead all aspects of our financial operations.

• The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the financial health of our company by analyzing financial statements, overseeing accounting operations, and preparing financial forecasts.
• The ideal candidate will combine excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to produce accurate and timely financial reports.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulations and enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure the availability of funds for ongoing operations and capital investments.
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to the executive management team based on financial metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and timely completion of audits.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial systems and processes to support business growth and scalability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to optimize financial resources and secure financing as needed.

• Proven work experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Analyst, or similar role, with a minimum of 4 years in a managerial position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CA, Semi-CA,ACCA,CPA, CFA, or similar certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and financial software (e.g., ERP systems, QuickBooks).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
• Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
