Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software

Job Description

Accounting & Finance Tasks:

  • Maintain daily financial records and bookkeeping using accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel, etc.)
  • Handle cash flow, bank reconciliation, and petty cash management
  • Assist in preparing invoices, bills, vouchers, and receipts
  • Support in preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports
  • Assist auditor and management with financial audits and compliance

Documentation & Administrative Support:

  • Prepare and manage official documents, contracts, letters, and internal memos
  • Maintain both digital and physical filing systems
  • Ensure proper documentation of purchase orders, payment approvals, and vendor files
  • Track document flow and assist with project and HR documentation
  • Communicate with internal departments and external stakeholders when required
