Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Academic Counselor to guide prospective students interested in pursuing careers in the Hospitality industry. The Counselor will play a key role in admissions by providing accurate information about our programs, helping students make informed decisions, and supporting them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one counseling to prospective students regarding hospitality programs, admission requirements, and career prospects.
Assist students in identifying programs aligned with their skills, interests, and long-term goals.
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins and maintain accurate records of interactions.
Explain the admission process, eligibility criteria, and course structures in detail.
Follow up with potential candidates to encourage application completion and enrollment.
Collaborate with the marketing team for outreach activities such as school visits, education fairs, and social media promotions.
Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for all students and visitors.
