Job Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced candidate for the role of Account / Admin Manager. This is a mid-level position that offers an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately, ensure completeness of financial records, reconcile accounts, and promptly resolve discrepancies.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital documentation, ensuring easy accessibility and up-to-date records.
  • Monitor and manage email correspondence related to accounts and administration, responding promptly to inquiries and maintaining clear communication.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including coordination with vendors, procurement of office supplies, and overall administrative support.
  • Assist in preparation of financial statements, management reports, and audit documentation.
  • Support HR-related tasks such as attendance tracking, leave records, and basic employee documentation.
  • Facilitate smooth internal communication and provide assistance to management as required.
