Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Account / Admin Officer to manage core administrative and accounting operations at our Kathmandu-based corporate office. This position involves comprehensive responsibility for administration, accounting, logistics coordination, and stock monitoring. The role requires an organized, detail-oriented professional capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all administrative functions including HR coordination, internal communication, and facility management.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the corporate office.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable tax, audit, and legal regulations.
  • Support preparation of financial statements, audits, and statutory filings.
  • Manage and coordinate national and international logistics for procurement and dispatch.
  • Communicate with transporters, customs agents, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Flag discrepancies and recommend improvements to ensure accurate inventory control.
  • Regularly track and report manufacturing output, sales performance, and stock levels across: Factory,Corporate distribution outlet (Kathmandu),Regional dealers and distributors
