Job Description

To provide technical support to clients by identifying the customers’ requirements and designing a commercially viable solution from within the company’s product portfolio.

Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business to grow organization strategy
Attending meetings with Account Managers and acting as a technical expert
Putting together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals
Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions
Ensuring that the company’s product can deliver on the customer’s requirements
Producing detailed costings for customers and ensuring the contract is profitable
Work with the post-sales team in handing over any pre-sale’s efforts
Provide technical and functional expertise throughout the pre-sales process in collaboration with the sales and professional services teams
Be aware of industry trends, drivers and regulatory initiatives; understand the competitive offerings and their differentiators in the market, read trade and industry journals to keep abreast of industry thoughts and initiatives
Deliver commercial and value-added trainings to drive consumption
Create roadmap plans customized to a successful implementation
Provide 24/7 Level 2 and 3 Infrastructure Support Services to the business to agreed service levels
Accountable for the delivery of the SLA and Project Objectives within the Infrastructure and cloud-related areas
