Job Description

Guide and mentor teachers to prepare smart micro, daily, weekly, monthly and annual lesson plan, and monitoring the effective implementation of the plan in class teaching
Prepare academic Annual Plan, academic Operation Calendar and Monthly academic Plan/Planer and implement it successfully
Follow up quality of the classwork and homework done by the students and checked the same by the teachers
Encourage teachers to prepare, to collect, to use different types of teaching materials (including audio video) for class room teaching
Ensure the quality of teaching and learning methods prescribed by the school, and hence inspect the class room teaching of teachers to evaluate accordingly
Conduct training and workshop to the teachers as per their needs for the development of teaching faculties to achieve the mission of the school
Implement progressive teaching methods onboard to administer new era of learning
Plan and implement the CCA effectively integrating with the teaching-learning activities ensuring the all the students are getting enough opportunities
