Roles and responsibilities of this job

Counsel the students with the best suggestion for their test preparation
Suggest the right system to be followed for the best outcome for the students
Delegating proper job to the Jr. Colleagues for smooth operation
Training colleagues in new changes in policies and new updates
Maintain official timing properly
Conduct mock test for the students in exam and test formats

Proven experience as Counselor for 2-5 years in related or relevant position
Best Knowledge of preferred field.
Proficient in English (Oral and written)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Customer service orientation
