Role Description

We are hiring an Academic Counselor to join our growing team at IIDE Nepal, Kathmandu. This is a full-time, on-site role within our Admissions & Counseling Department.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education, student success, and have experience in counseling, sales, or education services. You will not only counsel students but also support strategy, team performance, and lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Core Counseling & Sales Duties:

Reach out to prospective students (college students & professionals) and counsel them about IIDE’s courses
Manage inbound inquiries, WhatsApp interactions, and CRM-based follow-ups
Make 120 calls/day with 40–50% connectivity; meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets
Maintain rigorous follow-ups to drive conversions
Ensure accurate CRM updates of all student interactions

Leadership & Strategy Support Duties:

Review and guide communications by other counselors
Monitor CRM metrics and team performance daily
Support in overcoming team challenges and enhancing efficiency
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and consistent performance
Use data and tools to improve strategy and conversion rates
Coordinate weekly performance reports and meet personal monthly revenue goals
