Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and highly communicative Academic Coordinator to represent our institution at colleges and educational institutions.

The primary responsibility of this role is to visit colleges, interact with students and college representatives, and create awareness about our academic programs, including ACCA, +2, Bachelor's, and other relevant academic and professional courses.

The ideal candidate must have exceptionally strong communication and presentation skills, be confident speaking with students and college representatives, and be comfortable representing and promoting educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

Visit colleges and educational institutions regularly to promote and create awareness about our academic programs.
Communicate with students and provide clear information about ACCA, +2, Bachelor's, and other relevant courses.
Conduct presentations, orientations, career counseling sessions, and academic awareness programs at colleges.
Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, teachers, coordinators, and other academic stakeholders.
Explain course structures, eligibility, career opportunities, and admission processes to prospective students.
Represent the institution professionally during college visits, seminars, workshops, and other academic events.
Follow up with interested students and provide necessary information regarding courses and admissions.
Coordinate with the internal academic and marketing teams to support student outreach and enrollment activities.
Maintain records of college visits, student interactions, and outreach activities.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree running or completed, or Master's degree running or completed. Must be from a Management background.

Excellent communication skills – Must.
Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
Confident and comfortable communicating with students, teachers, and college representatives.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Energetic, outgoing, and positive personality.
Good convincing and counseling abilities.
Ability to explain courses clearly and engagingly.
Professional and presentable personality.
Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel and visit colleges regularly.
Good computer skills, including MS Office and email.

Experience

Prior experience in academic counseling, college outreach, education, marketing, sales, or teaching will be an advantage.
Freshers may also apply if they have exceptionally strong communication and presentation skills.

Most Important Requirement : Strong communication skills are the most important criterion for this position. The candidate must be highly confident, articulate, presentable, and comfortable speaking with individuals as well as groups of students.
