Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Academic coordinator is responsible for handling all aspects of education activities of Kailash Home. The duties include but not limited to:

Prepare quarterly educational reports.
Plan and implement educational projects.
Coordinate between children and their schools and colleges.
Maintain individual students file at office.
Follow children progress report and communicate with teachers and schools.
Facilitate supplementary classes for academically weak students.
Support senior children with college admission.
Coordinate with General Manager as required regarding schools and colleges.
Ensure proper counseling and assistance to children in academic, discipline and values.
Monitor college students study hours.
Follow Kailash Home rules and regulations.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor degree in Education/Psychology/English (Hons) or related field with 1 year experience in the similar position.
Candidates are expected to have excellent report writing skills and basic computer skills.
