Job Description

  • You are choose to provide after-sales support for businesses that specialize in providing customers with support and maintenance
  • Analysis of call logs in order to discover any underlying issues or trends
  • Willing to work and learn new technology
  • Performing electrical safety checks on the company’s computer equipment
  • Responding to call-outs in a timely fashion
  • Filed visit as a part of support and clients genuine requirements
  • Installation & configuration of an applications and its orientation.
