१. आवश्यक न्यूनतम योग्यता:
क) सिभिल इन्जिनियरिङमा प्रविणता प्रमाणपत्र तह वा ओभरसियर वा डिप्लोमा तह उत्तीर्ण भएको
ख) उमेरः कम्तीमा १८ बर्ष पूरा भई ४५ बर्ष ननाघेको
२. अनुभव र सीप तथा प्रारम्भिक योग्यताक्रम छनौटका आधारः गाउँपालिका तथा नगरपालिकामा प्राविधिक सहायक पदपूर्तिसम्बन्धी प्रक्रिया बमोजिम हुनेछ ।
