Beez Consulting is seeking a professional and experienced YouTube Video Editor (Long-Form + Shorts Repurposing) to support the production of high-quality content for a rapidly growing YouTube channel led by entrepreneur Pasang Lama.
Pasang Lama is a dynamic entrepreneur and CEO who has built 100+ businesses across industries including gas stations, retail, wholesale, fuel, insurance, and IT.
In this role, you will edit high-quality, long-form documentary-style videos (60–110 minutes), transforming raw interview footage into compelling and engaging narratives. You will also create 15–25 high-performing YouTube Shorts from each long-form video.
