Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Workshop Supervisor to join our team in the Automotive Sales, Support & Service Industry. The Workshop Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our workshop, managing a team of mechanics, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent organizational skills, strong technical and diagnosing abilities, and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise a team of mechanics, ensuring work is assigned and completed efficiently.
Utilize strong technical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in vehicles.
Coordinate with the sales and support team to ensure efficient communication and work processes.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies.
Maintain high standards of quality and safety within the workshop.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent customer service.
Monitor the proper use of the company's standard software system and ensure timely filing of reports.
Handle administrative tasks related to workshop operations.
Assure the timely completion of all assigned tasks and projects.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 4 years

Other Specification

Graduate. Preference will be given to the person having Automobile Background, eg. Automobile Engineer or Diploma holder.
Willing to learn and capable to work with in a team and independently with a demanding workload.
Good Organizational skills, with initiative and good judgement.
Strong diagnosing and technical skills
Able to troubleshoot and solve problems.
Pro-active, hands-on, interpersonal with good communication skills.
Good command in both English and Nepali (Written and spoken) and able to correspond independently, and compile reports etc.
Able to manage team of mechanics and other administrative work.
Go-getter, extrovert, energetic, with self-initiative.
Excellent customer relation skills.
Multi-tasker.
To monitor the proper use of the company's standard software system and to ensure that reports are printed and filed as required.
Must have his/her own transportation
