The Website Maintenance Lead will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of the websites. In this leadership position, you will manage a team of maintenance specialists and collaborate closely with development teams to implement updates, address technical issues, and drive website optimization efforts. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to inspire and mentor team members.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of website maintenance specialists, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise to ensure the successful execution of maintenance tasks and projects.
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the website maintenance team, including task assignment, workload management, and performance evaluation.
