We are seeking a creative thinker with a passion for Web Motion Animation & Front-End Development to join a team of talented professionals in shaping the future of web design. As Front-end Developer, you will collaborate with designers and back-end developers to implement engaging user interfaces and interactive elements for our websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in front-end development technologies and demonstrate proficiency in creating fluid animations and transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

Specialized in different types of animation tools/libraries: GSAP.js, Lottie JSON, SVG animation, Custom code animations (JavaScript)

Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals with strong understanding of the DOM and browser APIs.

Knowledge of latest CSS conventions, and experience with preprocessors, such as Sass or Less.

Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, bringing a creative touch and out-of-the-box thinking to our projects.

Optimize animations for performance and compatibility across various browsers and devices.

Minimum Technical Requirements:

At least 3+ years of experience in web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Proven experience as a Front-End Developer with a portfolio showcasing animation projects.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.

Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design fundamentals.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Minimum Non-Technical Requirements:

A portfolio of completed work is required for this position.

English speaker with very good reading and writing skills.

Work with US based technical leadership (architects, project managers).

Ability to work on multiple projects and clients.

Ability to provide consistent updates for clients.

Ability to work independently with some direction.

Willing to ask questions and speak up with new ideas.

Available during odd hours when required to meet project deadlines or resolve urgent issues.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Bonus:

Experience in developing responsive websites using WordPress.
