As Outpace continues to expand our team, we are looking for a web designer specializing in XD and Figma projects. This will be a hybrid role that creates the overall design and then implements content (images and text) into the actual website once the development team has built the theme/template. This role will be working closely with our development and content teams to ensure each campaign is successful.
In addition, this role will have a heavy emphasis on conversion rate optimization. When we aren’t redesigning websites, we want to be asking how we can improve the websites of our current customers. No idea is too big or small.
