About the job

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Warranty Incharge at Yamaha Nepal, MAW Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. located in Kathmandu. As a Warranty Incharge, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of warranty processes and customer service
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Experience in automotive or related industries is a plus
