About the job

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and committed Warden (Residential) to support the operations of our rehabilitation home for survivors of human trafficking. The role requires working closely with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure the provision of high-quality care and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe and secure environment for all residents (survivors)
Handle the daily operations and logistics
Develop and execute the care plan of the survivors
Support other shelter departments (counseling and legal aid)
Monitor health and well-being of the survivors

Other Specification

Strong organizational and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion.
Basic knowledge of healthcare, counseling, or social work is an advantage.
Ability to stay on-site as this is a residential role.
