Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a Visa Support Officer with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in visa processing or a related field in visa draft and documents preparation, specially for Australia. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of visa regulations and requirements, strong organizational skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with visa applications, ensuring all required documentation is accurately completed and submitted.
Provide detailed information and guidance on visa requirements, processes, and timelines.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.
Review and verify the accuracy of application documents.
Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and other government agencies as needed.
Track application statuses and communicate updates to clients.
Handle inquiries and provide support to clients via email, phone, and in-person.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all visa applications.
Assist in resolving any issues or delays in the visa process.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure smooth processing of applications.

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in visa support, immigration services, or a related role.
Strong understanding of visa regulations and immigration processes.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong customer service skills and a client-oriented attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with immigration consultants or travel agencies.
Familiarity with various visa categories and country-specific requirements.
Additional language skills are a plus.
