Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our daily business operations. This is a remote role requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing emails and client communication
Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
Coordinating with clients, contractors, and team members
Handling data entry and maintaining records
Assisting with invoicing, follow-ups, and basic admin tasks
