Video Content Creator

We are seeking a talented Video Content Creator & to join our creative team. Our company focuses on delivering engaging content across various platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, and we are looking for someone who can bring our ideas to life through captivating videos.

Position Overview:

The Video Content Creator will be responsible for producing engaging videos and motion graphics for our YouTube, Instagram Reel platforms that capture our brand's voice. This role requires a combination of technical skills in video production and a flair for storytelling. You got an opportunity to take full initiative in all our social media platforms and build strong leadership skills over time.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce visually captivating and attention-grabbing videos, leveraging editing high-quality videos that align with our brand's goals and target audience
Develop creative concepts and collaborate with the creative team
Create detailed storyboards to outline the visual and narrative flow of videos
Edit and enhance videos using professional applications, assemble raw footage into polished videos by incorporating sound effects, music, animations aligning with the creative vision
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques in video production, motion graphics, and storytelling
Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve video content.

Requirements:

Experience: Strong graphic design skills, demonstrable experience in video content and basic motion graphics. Scriptwriting is a plus point.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva), basic motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects), and other relevant tools such as powerful and effective use of AI tools.
Platform Knowledge: Understanding of YouTube and Instagram Reels, including platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Creativity: Strong storytelling and creative skills.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

0-2 years of work experience can apply
Any education background with a keen interest and passion in video content
Familiarity with animation software and techniques
Familiarity with YouTube’s content policies and community guidelines is a plus
Scriptwriting is a huge plus point but not mandatory.
