Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice Principal to support the overall academic and administrative leadership of the school. The ideal candidate will assist the Principal in managing daily operations, maintaining academic standards, and fostering a positive school culture.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Principal in overall school management and administration
Supervise academic programs and ensure high teaching standards
Monitor teacher performance and support professional development
Maintain discipline and promote a positive learning environment
Coordinate school activities, events, and examinations
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
Handle administrative tasks, reporting, and documentation
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the school
Support implementation of school policies and strategic plans

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Master’s degree in English
Minimum 5 years of teaching and/or leadership experience in a school
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and organizational abilities
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
Experience in school administration is an advantage

Salary: Rs. 65K+ (based on qualification and experience)
