Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Principal in the overall management and administration of the pre-school.
Support the development and implementation of educational programs and curricula aligned with Eurokids philosophy and standards.
Supervise and mentor teaching staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Oversee student welfare and behavior management, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
Coordinate with parents, addressing their concerns and fostering strong partnerships in children's education.
Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and facilities management.
Collaborate with the Principal and management team to develop and implement strategic plans for school improvement and growth.
Represent Eurokids at various events, conferences, and community engagements to enhance the school's reputation and visibility.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Requirements:

Degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role in an educational institution, preferably in early childhood education.
Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including teachers, parents, and management.
Proficiency in MS Office, IT Skills, Handling Social Media and educational management software.
Fluency in English and Nepali languages.
