We are a well-established Education Consultancy located in Kumaripati, seeking a dynamic and experienced UK Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of UK universities, admission procedures, and visa processes, along with excellent communication and counseling abilities.
This role requires a confident, proactive, and student-focused professional who is passionate about guiding students toward achieving their academic and long-term career goals in the United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate and complete information to students regarding UK education opportunities.
Offer detailed guidance on documentation requirements, admission processes, and visa procedures.
Conduct career counseling sessions (face-to-face, telephone, or online) and recommend suitable academic pathways.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK universities, tuition fees, courses, and entry requirements.
Assist students in preparing and reviewing required documents for applications and visa processing.
Maintain strict confidentiality of student records and sensitive information.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with students and parents.
Understand students’ concerns, provide empathetic guidance, and help them make informed decisions.
Communicate with clients to assess their needs and design appropriate action plans.
Prepare and implement plans aligned with marketing activities and promotional events.
Follow up regularly with students to ensure satisfaction and successful processing of applications.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Excellent English language proficiency (spoken and written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Outspoken, confident, and positive attitude.
Outstanding presentation and counseling abilities.
Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
Proficient in computer applications and documentation systems.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases efficiently.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (UK counseling preferred).
Proven track record in student placement and visa success rates will be an advantage.
