Job Overview:

Zapp Services is seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer/Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our ride-sharing and delivery app. If you are passionate about creating intuitive and visually appealing designs, and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsiblities: 

UI/UX:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with project managers and engineers.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interfaces elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS

Graphics Design:

• Design and produce creative assets for marketing materials, including digital and print collateral, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
• Develop visually compelling graphics for the app interface, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually engaging campaigns and promotional content.
• Produce high-quality visual content that aligns with the company's branding guidelines.

• Keep abreast of design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance the visual appeal of Zapp Services' products and marketing materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer & Graphics Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, with a focus on mobile applications.
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to feedback.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
