UI/UX Designer

Location: Jwagal-10, Lalitpur

Roles and Responsibilities

Design user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and mobile platforms.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine designs based on user feedback and project goals.
Create visually compelling illustrations, icons, and graphics to complement UI designs.
Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user pain points and ensure designs meet user needs.
Maintain design consistency across projects by contributing to and managing a design system.
Work with the development team to ensure seamless handoff of design assets and implementation accuracy.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications

Having any kind of previous experience as a designer
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, along with Adobe Illustrator
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
Ability to create responsive and adaptive designs tailored to diverse user needs and devices.
Experience with user research techniques and usability testing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful and functional designs.
