Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team on a contract basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance. In this position, you will work closely with our developers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. We value creativity, collaboration, and a passion for design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces and experiences that enhance usability and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and testing results.
• Open to feedback and willing to refine designs based on input.
• Strong research skills with the ability to propose and implement creative design solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 year of UI/UX design experience.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• User Experience Design (UED) proficiency.
• Experience in creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• No Formal education qualification required
