About the job

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team on a contract basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance. In this position, you will work closely with our developers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. We value creativity, collaboration, and a passion for design.

Key Responsibilities:

Design user interfaces and experiences that enhance usability and engagement.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Iterate designs based on feedback and testing results.
Open to feedback and willing to refine designs based on input.
Strong research skills with the ability to propose and implement creative design solutions.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 year of UI/UX design experience.
Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
User Experience Design (UED) proficiency.
Experience in creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
No Formal education qualification required
