Job Description:

We seek a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. As a UI/UX Designer at Astra Designs, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from web and mobile applications to software interfaces. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional team to understand user needs, define design requirements, and create compelling solutions that align with our brand vision.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project goals and requirements.
Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and identify user needs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback and user testing, ensuring a user-centered approach throughout the design process.
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet design specifications.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and share your knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects.
Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions.
Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
A bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
