Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
Design and Prototype: Utilize Figma to design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, ensuring designs are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
User Research and Testing: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather valuable feedback, then iterate on designs to improve user experience.
Ensure Seamless Implementation: Work closely with developers to ensure your designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design to ensure our products remain at the forefront of the industry.

Job Specification

Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating your UI/UX design projects and processes.
Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma and other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
User-Centered Design: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions effectively.
