The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for understanding user needs, creating wireframes and prototypes, and designing engaging interfaces that enhance user experience across digital platforms. The role requires strong design thinking, creativity, and collaboration with developers and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads the design for new experiences and improvements of existing experiences.
- Quickly iterates on multiple interactive design solutions and works through details.
- Advocates for design solutions, highlighting inputs that influenced the decisions, including business and user goals, demographic and usage data, and research findings.
- Develops high-level, detailed storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Conducts testing of applications, websites, and other technologies to assess user experience and design, and ensure compliance.
- Builds storyboards to conceptualize designs and accurately convey project plans to all stakeholders.
- Creates standard work processes for customer research through various strategies and platforms to gather the voice of the customer and ensure ease of use in all stores.
- Applies creativity and expertise to design for future-state, high-level platform strategy.
- Delivers work that’s not only user-friendly, aesthetically engaging, but also produces results.
- Works alongside engineers and product managers throughout all stages of the production cycle.
- Develops and maintains detailed user-interface specifications.
- Presents design work to multiple teams and senior leadership for review and feedback.
