About Us: We are looking for a passionate Mid-Level UI/UX Developer to join our team. This is an on-site role designed for someone who thrives in a collaborative, office based environment.

Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Mid-Level UI/UX Developer with 6 months to 1 year of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in both user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles and practices. This role involves working closely with our design and development teams to create intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design: Develop visually appealing and user-centric designs for web and mobile applications.
Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and guidelines.
Feedback Implementation: Integrate feedback from users and team members into design iterations.

Qualifications:

Experience: 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX design.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Research Skills: Ability to conduct user research, create personas, and perform usability testing.
Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high quality design work.

Preferred Skills:

Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
