Professional Skills Required:

Travel and tour management, with good expertise in Microsoft Office. Knowledge in Amadeus/Galileo preferred.
Should be fluent in English, and should have strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

Travel Desk Executive is responsible for making all the arrangements for attending International Conferences which includes, Lodging, fooding, air tickets, Visa and vehicle for local travels as per the requirement of the country.
This person will coordinate with Travel desk and local travel agency for the issuance of tickets in most economical fare and also coordinate with India Travel Desk for all necessary Hotel arrangements.
To make the travel, accommodation, local transport, Visa for the national and international Conferences. (Nepal Business)
