Roles and responsibilities of this job

Accurately making airline bookings and issuing tickets for telephone, email and walk-in clients
Advising clients about fare rules and options
Adhere to all company sales policies during customer interaction and issuance of tickets
Promote client retention by delivering high standard service
Achieve sales and customers service targets
Adhere to company code of conduct as listed in employee handbook
Accurate and timely sales reporting and reconciliation with the office executives
Handle walk-in customer complaints and escalate to office executives when necessary

General Attributes:

A quick learner with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer sales and service is essential
Ability to work in fast-moving and high-pressure environment
Ability to maintain a positive professional attitude at all times
Strong knowledge of Travel Industry, with focus in international airfare ticketing
Confidence and flexibility to work well in a team environment, and independently, as required
Ability to work Night Shifts: Time 8pm-4am (pick up and drop off provided)

Required Knowledge and Skills:

2-3 years of Amadeus Airline Booking System experience
2-3 years of experience as travel agent
2-3 years of strong Customer Relationship experience
Good computer skills (EXCEL, WORD)
