Child Welfare Scheme Nepal

Child Welfare Scheme Nepal (CWSN) is an NGO that has been working with marginalized and disabled children and young people in the areas of education, health, rehabilitation, and protection since 1997. CWSN has been implementing life skills education and mainstreaming the program in the Pokhara Metropolitan City, working in close coordination with the local government and schools. Therefore, CWSN is seeking qualified candidate for the following position:

Position: Life Skills Education/Training Facilitator

No. of Requirement: 1

Key Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for organizing and facilitating meetings, training and workshops on life skills education in close coordination with government officials, education committee members, focal teachers and parents. Also, responsible for monitoring 60 government schools under the LSE of CWSN.

Qualification and Experiences:

Minimum Bachelor Degree in relevant subject with 2 years of working experience in the field of education, social work, or counseling.
Experience in working with marginalized schools and communities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong facilitation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and driving license is preferable.
